USPS + FedEx 2026 holiday shipping schedules (agent-curated)
Derived daily panel (2026-12-01..2026-12-24, per carrier, domestic): on each date, how many services are still open vs closed, the cheapest and fastest still-open service, the next closure and days to it, whether the standard-shipping window is still open (the date a shop can still promise Christmas at standard rates), and a documented 0-100 urgency_score = round(100*(0.5*closure_ratio + 0.5*(1-min(1,days_to_final_cutoff/24)))). A shop joins this on order date + carrier to set 'order by' promises and flag at-risk shipments. Derived deterministically in code from the curated cutoff table (USPS lower-48 scope + FedEx domestic); 48 rows. Annual snapshot, yearly cadence.
Agent-curated demand intelligence: the 22 published 2026 holiday-season last-ship dates from USPS (8 rows: 4 services x lower-48/offshore) and FedEx (14 rows: 10 domestic + 4 US-to-Canada), joinable to shop orders by ISO send-by date + carrier + destination country. Each row carries days-before-Christmas, a documented green/amber/red late-season risk tier, and an is_first_cutoff flag marking the carrier's operationally critical first deadline. Provenance: agent-curated (intel-1 run 2026-09-29) from the carriers' published 2026 schedules, cross-verified across independent sources on 2026-09-29; rows encode the schedules verbatim and the code derives dates, tiers, and hashes. Caveats: UPS and Canada Post 2026 dates were not yet published (no rows — absence means not-yet-published); USPS international/military dates due mid-October 2026; FedEx Ground transit-day rows vary by ZIP; all dates are recommendations, not guarantees (FedEx suspends money-back guarantee in peak).
