Monthly Canadian new-home price momentum intelligence from Statistics Canada table 18-10-0205-01 (New Housing Price Index, December 2016 = 100): index levels for Canada and the 27 census metropolitan areas in the current basket, with YoY / MoM / 3-month-annualized growth, a documented 0-100 price-momentum score with per-month CMA ranks, expanding / cooling / 12-month-record-high flags, and month-level context: the national CMA spread (divergence gauge) and the Canada house-only vs land-only split. Consistent methodology window 2016-12 onward (current basket; earlier periods were linked from an archived table and are excluded).
