Every distinct packaged-food product with a usable nutrition signal from the Open Food Facts catalog across 10 national markets (France, US, Germany, Spain, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Canada, Italy, Switzerland; 40 x 100-row keyless API sweeps), classified into a closed 14-class food taxonomy by whole-word keyword rules over OFF's category tags (category taken from the shortest matching tag, so broad umbrella tags like plant-based-foods-and-beverages do not override specific ones) and ranked by a documented 0-100 nutrition composite: 55% Nutri-Score letter (a=100, b=75, c=50, d=25, e=0) + 25% NOVA group (1=100, 2=75, 3=50, 4=25) + 20% additives load (100 at 0 additives, floored at 10+), with weight renormalization when a component is missing. nutrition_rank orders by nutrition_score desc (ties: additives_n asc, product_code asc). Rows carry ultra-processed (NOVA 4), high-additives (>=5) and palm-oil flags; the first listed OFF country maps to ISO alpha-3 via hub.normalize. Rows with no product name or with neither a Nutri-Score nor a NOVA group are dropped loudly, as are rows tripping the phone-PII screen. Primary key: product_code (barcode). Cadence: monthly; each snapshot reflects the live catalog state as of the as-of day. Caveats: the food taxonomy is a first-match heuristic over OFF's crowd-sourced categories, not an authoritative classification; Nutri-Score values are OFF-computed from declared nutrition facts; crowd-sourced records vary in completeness.
