Monthly real output of US durable consumer goods (appliances, vehicles, furniture and the like), index 2017 = 100, seasonally adjusted, from the Federal Reserve Board's G.17 release via keyless FRED. The factory-side counterpart of retail demand for big-ticket items — the series that moves first when durable demand turns. Derived columns: month-over-month and year-over-year change, deviation from the trailing-12-month mean, and 12-month record-high/low flags. Caveats: seasonally adjusted; the latest month is preliminary and routinely revised.
