Weekly US residential heating-fuel price intelligence from the U.S. Energy Information Administration's Winter Fuels Report survey (keyless dnav XLS downloads): residential propane and No. 2 heating-oil prices in dollars per gallon (Monday reference weeks, 1990 -> present) for the national average, PADD 1-4 (+ 3 PADD 1 subdistricts) and 39 states + DC — the complete EIA WFR geography. Per (week, region, fuel): residential price, wholesale/resale price where EIA surveys it, the retail markup (residential minus wholesale, the pass-through/margin signal), deviation from the national residential price in cents and percent, week-over-week, 4-week and 52-week momentum, a documented 0-100 heating-cost pressure score with per-week-per-fuel ranks, premium/discount/spike/drop/52-observation-record flags, the week-level PADD price spread, and an in-season flag marking the October-March survey weeks (the April-September pause stays null, never imputed). The winter wallet-share complement to the gasoline/diesel panels: heating bills squeeze household discretionary spend October-March.
