global_share	float	total_leis / global LEI stock (the API's unfiltered total).
lei_rank	integer	Cross-jurisdiction rank on total_leis (1 = most LEIs).
coverage_tier	string	Fixed-cut coverage tier on total_leis: global-hub (>=250k), major (>=50k), established (>=10k), growing (>=1k), emerging (>=100), nascent (<100).
row_hash	string	Deterministic 12-hex row identity hash over source, country, date and counts.
