US heating fuel prices (weekly, EIA)
Weekly US residential heating-fuel price intelligence from the U.S. Energy Information Administration's keyless hist_xls workbooks (No. 2 heating oil + propane, $/gal, national + five PADD regions, weekly since 1990, heating season Oct-Mar). Per fuel x region x week: retail price, year-over-year and 4-week change, heating-season flag. A retailer joins weekly revenue to week_date + region_code to model the heating-bill drag on discretionary spending; a subscription business reads propane/oil price spikes as churn-risk geography for the heating season; a sales team weights cold-climate territories by yoy_pct.
