Operator-by-year pipeline safety intelligence for Canada from the Canada Energy Regulator's comprehensive incident file (2008 to present, quarterly vintage): 63 raw company names entity-resolved to canonical pipeline systems with parent companies, a documented 0-100 per-incident severity score aggregated to operator-year means with deterministic ranks, and CER cause categories consolidated into cause groups with fractional attribution. Counts cover significant incidents, ruptures, fatalities, injuries, evacuations, and released volumes. Quarterly.
