Weekly US state respiratory-illness pressure from CDC NWSS wastewater surveillance (keyless Socrata: SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A, RSV; public domain): site samples aggregated to population-weighted state-week PMMoV-normalized concentrations, each scored as a percentile of the state's own trailing-52-week history with minimal/low/moderate/high/very-high bands, 4-week log-momentum and 2-vs-2-week acceleration, and a documented 0-100 composite respiratory-pressure index (50/30/20 covid/flu/RSV weights) with surge-watch/elevated/calm flags. Who joins this: an online shop joins (state_abbr, week_start) to staffing plans to anticipate sick-leave surges; a subscription business to support-load forecasts; a sales team to travel timing. Caveats: wastewater reflects community shedding, not clinical cases; site coverage varies by state/week; CDC backfills revise recent weeks. CDC NWSS data are U.S. public domain (commercial reuse allowed).

covid_conc	float	Population-weighted mean of site-week median PMMoV-normalized SARS-CoV-2 concentrations (copies/L per PMMoV unit).
covid_level_pct	float	Percentile (0-100) of covid_conc within the state's own trailing-52-week history.
covid_band	string	Activity band from covid_level_pct: minimal (<25), low (25-50), moderate (50-75), high (75-90), very_high (>=90). Relative to state history.
covid_momentum_4w	float	log10(conc_t / conc_{t-4}); ~0.3 means roughly doubling over 4 weeks. Null when either endpoint is missing/non-positive.
covid_accel_2v2	float	Recent 2-week log-change minus prior 2-week log-change; positive = accelerating.
flua_conc	float	Population-weighted mean of site-week median PMMoV-normalized Influenza A concentrations.
flua_level_pct	float	Percentile (0-100) of flua_conc within the state's own trailing-52-week history.
flua_band	string	Activity band from flua_level_pct (same cuts as covid_band).
flua_momentum_4w	float	log10(conc_t / conc_{t-4}) for Influenza A.
flua_accel_2v2	float	2-vs-2-week log acceleration for Influenza A.
rsv_conc	float	Population-weighted mean of site-week median PMMoV-normalized RSV concentrations.
rsv_level_pct	float	Percentile (0-100) of rsv_conc within the state's own trailing-52-week history.
rsv_band	string	Activity band from rsv_level_pct (same cuts as covid_band).
rsv_momentum_4w	float	log10(conc_t / conc_{t-4}) for RSV.
rsv_accel_2v2	float	2-vs-2-week log acceleration for RSV.
respiratory_pressure_index	float	Documented 0-100 composite: 100 * weighted mean of reporting pathogens' level_pct (weights 0.50 covid / 0.30 flu / 0.20 RSV, renormalized when a pathogen is absent).
pressure_band	string	Composite band from the same percentile cuts applied to respiratory_pressure_index.
composite_momentum_4w	float	Weight-renormalized mean of reporting pathogens' momentum_4w (log10 units).
surge_watch	boolean	True when pressure >= 70 and composite momentum > 0.3 (sharp, elevated wave).
elevated	boolean	True when respiratory_pressure_index >= 70.
calm	boolean	True when respiratory_pressure_index <= 30.
preliminary	boolean	True for the trailing ~2 weekly buckets: NWSS samples land with a reporting lag, so the most recent weeks are systematically thin (median 2-3 contributing sites vs ~6 earlier) and revise as late samples arrive. Treat preliminary weeks as provisional.
row_hash	string	Deterministic sha256 hash of 'NWSS-RSP\|<state_abbr>\|<week_start>' (first 16 hex).
