Daily US Treasury cash and debt-limit intelligence from the keyless FiscalData Daily Treasury Statement endpoints (debt_subject_to_limit + operating_cash_balance), cross-checked against Debt to the Penny: statement-date panel of debt subject to the statutory limit, statutory limit, dollar and percent headroom, TGA opening/deposits/withdrawals/closing balances with the exact cash identity, daily change in subject debt, trailing-30-day burn rate, days-to-limit and days-of-cash proximity gauges, a documented 0-100 fiscal-strain score with ranks and tiers, and limit-watch / cash-low / record-low-headroom / burn-acceleration flags. Methodology window: trailing 365 statement dates. Caveats: days-to-limit is a linear-extrapolation gauge, not an X-date forecast (ignores extraordinary measures); Treasury material is public domain (commercial reuse allowed); source: U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
