Monthly Treasury International Capital (TIC) cross-border long-term-securities flows intelligence (keyless official tab-delimited file): end-of-month holdings plus monthly net U.S. sales and valuation changes of U.S. long-term securities — Treasuries, agency bonds, corporate & other bonds, corporate equities — held by foreign residents, in millions of dollars, per country, 2020-01 onward. Net sales and valuation changes are published from 2023-02 onward (earlier months carry holdings only, kept as nulls, never imputed). Carries trailing-12-month net sales, 12-month holdings change, Treasury/equity shares of each country's U.S. position, and deterministic row hashes. Data caveat (Treasury's own footnote): holdings are reported by U.S. custodians and may not attribute overseas custody accounts to the actual owners. Who joins this: rates/FX desks join sovereign-flow positioning on year_month + country_code; macro models use the 12-month net-sales sums as de-dollarization/foreign-demand features; risk teams watch Treasury-share concentration.
