Weekly influenza-like illness intensity for 50 US states + DC from CDC ILINet (via the keyless CMU Delphi Epidata API), 2015-16 season to the latest released week (~26k (week, state) rows per snapshot). Per row: ili_pct (% outpatient visits for ILI), provider/patient coverage, per-state seasonal baseline (same week, prior 3 years; trailing-2y fallback), ili_zscore, week-over-week change (pp), 4-week trend slope, activity_band (minimal/low/moderate/high/very_high), elevated_flag, and flu_intensity_score (0-100 = min(100, round(50*clip(z/4)+30*clip(ili/8)+20*clip(wow/3)))). Units: %, pp, z, 0/1 flags, 0-100 score. Caveats: syndromic surveillance, not lab-confirmed flu — captures other respiratory pathogens; CDC revises recent weeks, so re-runs can legitimately supersede values.

baseline_sd	float	Standard deviation of the baseline window. (unit: %)
baseline_method	string	'seasonal_3y', 'trailing_2y', or 'absolute_fallback' (no baseline; z-score null).
ili_zscore	float	(ili_pct - baseline_mean) / max(baseline_sd, 0.05); the 0.05 floor damps off-season micro-fluctuations. (unit: z)
ili_wow_change_pp	float	Week-over-week change in ili_pct, percentage points. (unit: pp)
trend_4w_slope	float	Least-squares slope of ili_pct over the trailing 4 weeks. (unit: pp/week)
