Tuition fees by level of study, Canada and provinces
Annual tuition fees for degree programs at Canadian universities, from Statistics Canada table 37-10-0045-01 (StatCan's annual tuition survey): weighted-average fees in current dollars for Canadian and international students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, for Canada, the 10 provinces and Yukon. Academic years 2006/2007 to 2026/2027; the WDS labels each academic year by its starting calendar year (2026-01-01 means 2026/2027). Yukon has gaps in early years — honest nulls, never imputed. Released each September.

| date | date | Reference period of the observation (the WDS Datapoint 'refPer' field), mapped to the first day of the year for these annual tables. For the tuition dataset the WDS labels each academic year by its starting calendar year (2026-01-01 means the 2026/2027 academic year). |
| series_id | string | Statistics Canada vector identifier for the series (the WDS 'vectorId', prefixed with 'v', e.g. 'v96320852'). Vectors are the stable public identifiers printed on StatCan tables. |

| unit | string | Unit of measure from StatCan's own UOM code set: 'current dollars' for the tuition dataset (weighted-average fees), 'percent' for the attainment dataset (share of the population). |
| value | float | Observation value as published by Statistics Canada, with no transformation. May be null where StatCan published no value (e.g. Yukon tuition in early years); missing values are never imputed. |
