Weekly advertised (flyer) retail prices for fresh produce, potatoes and onions from USDA AMS Specialty Crops Market News (National Conventional Summary). One row per item (commodity/variety/unit) per Friday report with this-week, last-week and last-year ad counts and weighted-average advertised prices (USD), plus ML-ready derived features: price relatives week-over-week and year-over-year (fresh-food advertised price index components), promotional intensity (ad-count WoW/YoY change, item share of total ads), and report-level category/organic mix. USDA public-domain data, transcribed from the official PDFs; two weekly snapshots (2026-01-23, 2026-01-30), grows as further reports are transcribed.
