Per journal: normalized top-level LCC subject class, ISO alpha-3 publisher country, APC pricing reduced to a single USD figure (native USD preferred, else ECB reference-rate conversion), license/permissions features, preservation and PID scheme coverage, article-record volume in DOAJ, and a documented 0-100 openness composite (CC BY=25, author retains copyright +15, DOI scheme +15, preservation +15, plagiarism screening +10, no-APC +10, peer-review process +10) with deterministic openness_rank. Primary key: journal_id (DOAJ table-of-contents record id). Cadence: annual. Caveats: the bulk CSV lags DOAJ's live database by up to 30 days; APC prices are publisher-declared and may lag; apc_max_usd is the maximum listed price; currency conversion uses the fetch day's ECB rates; days_since_update tracks DOAJ record maintenance, not publishing activity.
