Quarterly Canadian housing-starts momentum intelligence from Statistics Canada table 34-10-0135-01 (CMHC, unadjusted quarterly unit counts): one row per geography x quarter for Canada and the 10 provinces, with starts by dwelling type (single-detached/multiples), YoY growth, a trailing-4-quarter smoothed pace and its YoY, the multi-unit density mix, national shares, additive provincial contributions to Canada's YoY with the top contributor, a documented 0-100 construction-momentum score ranked across provinces, accelerating/above-national flags, and 5-year record flags. Table 34-10-0135-01 series verified 2026-09-26 against the full-table CSV download; identity gates (singles+multiples==total; Canada==sum of provinces) hold exactly over the 2006-Q3..2026-Q2 window. Caveats: counts are actual quarterly starts, not seasonally adjusted or annualized; the latest published quarter is occasionally revised; CMHC publishes with ~2.5 months lag; no territorial series exist in this table.
