Monthly US state employment momentum intelligence from the BLS Current Employment Statistics state-and-area program (keyless BLS Public Data API v2): seasonally adjusted total-nonfarm employment for the 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, with YoY / MoM / 3-month-annualized growth, a documented 0-100 employment-momentum score with per-month state ranks, expanding / contracting / 12-month-record-high flags, and month-level context: the national headline YoY, each state's divergence from it, and the national spread. Consistent methodology window 2017-01 onward. Caveats: the latest month is preliminary and routinely revised; state estimates are benchmark-revised annually.
