Employment rate of recent graduates by education (annual)

Annual employment rate of recent graduates broken down by educational attainment level, for EU member states, EFTA countries, EU candidate countries and EU/euro-area aggregates. Eurostat dataset edat_lfse_24 ('Employment rates of young persons not in education and training by educational attainment level and years since completion of highest level of education', compiled from the EU Labour Force Survey), filtered to duration=Y1-3 ('From 1 to 3 years' since completion), age=Y20-34 ('From 20 to 34 years'), sex=T ('Total') and unit=PC ('Percentage'), with isced11 kept as ED0-2 ('Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2)'), ED3_4 ('Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4)') and ED5-8 ('Tertiary education (levels 5-8)'). It extends the headline dataset 'employment-rate-recent-graduates-annual' (the isced11=ED3-8 slice of the same table). Each row is one (year, country, education level). Method: EU Labour Force Survey microdata compiled by Eurostat; a graduate counts as employed under the ILO definition. Units: percent of recent graduates in the education group. Caveats: the education gradient is steep - tertiary-educated recent graduates have the highest employment rate in 335 of the 344 published country-years with all three levels, while the low-vs-medium ordering occasionally inverts (32 of 344, e.g. EU27_2020 2025: 86.9% / 77.2% / 56.8%); the headline ED3-8 rate is the population-weighted mean of the ED3_4 and ED5-8 groups, so it sits between them; France does not publish the low-education (ED0-2) cells - genuine upstream gaps kept verbatim, never interpolated; national LFS redesigns cause breaks in some series; the EU27_2020 and EA aggregates are included as published; the UK and other non-EU/EFTA/non-candidate countries are dropped by the connector's commercial-use geo rule.
