    Monthly imports and exports of the EU27 (from 2020) in million euro, by SITC Rev.4 product section, for total extra-EU trade in goods. Eurostat dataset ext_st_eu27_2020sitc ('EU27 (from 2020) trade by SITC product group'), partner fixed to EXT_EU27_2020. Each row is one (month, product, flow): trade value in million euro. Method: Eurostat compiles customs declarations reported by EU member states; the ten first-level SITC sections are SITC0 food and live animals, SITC1 beverages and tobacco, SITC2 crude materials, SITC3 mineral fuels, SITC4 animal and vegetable oils, SITC5 chemicals, SITC6 manufactured goods by material, SITC7 machinery and transport equipment, SITC8 miscellaneous manufactured articles, SITC9 not classified elsewhere. Units: million euro. Caveats: recent months are provisional and revised as late declarations arrive; values are not seasonally adjusted; section aggregates (SITC0_1, SITC2_4, SITC33, SITC5-8, SITC6_8) are excluded to avoid double counting. Coverage: EU27 extra-EU trade, 2002-01 to the present, monthly. Provenance: Eurostat keyless JSON-stat API, free reuse with attribution (Commission Decision 2011/833/EU) - please cite Eurostat. Eurostat dataset ext_st_eu27_2020sitc ('EU27 (from 2020) trade by SITC product group'), partner fixed to EXT_EU27_2020. Each row is one (month, product, flow): the volume index.
