Per-vendor Canadian federal contracting intelligence from the proactive disclosure of contracts over $10,000 (open.canada.ca DataStore API, keyless). One row per (vendor, fiscal quarter) over the four most recent complete fiscal quarters: contract count and CAD book value (awarded, not disbursed), new awards signed in-quarter, department breadth with top department, commodity mix (services/goods/construction) and concentration HHI, competitive share of contracts (OB/TC/ST vs sole-source TN/AC), Indigenous set-aside/award value share, a documented 0-100 vendor score with dense ranks within the quarter, and quarter-over-quarter book-value velocity with new/returning/exited status. Vendor names are entity-resolved (canonical normalization + documented fuzzy merge); amendments collapse to the quarter-end book value per procurement. Units: CAD, counts, percents, index points. Caveats: book values are disclosed awards, not audited spend; name resolution is heuristic (n_name_variants records merged spellings); recent quarters can revise as departments report. Open Government Licence - Canada — commercial_use = yes (attribution required). Primary key: (fiscal_quarter, vendor_key). Cadence: quarterly.
