    Annual US facility-level greenhouse-gas emissions intelligence, 2010 onward: every GHGRP-reporting facility's yearly emissions in tonnes of CO2 equivalent (EPA Envirofacts, keyless), split into CO2 / methane / nitrous oxide / fluorinated-gas groups with biogenic CO2 reported separately per EPA convention, plus the primary industry category, facility location and NAICS. Carries the facility's share of the national reported total, year-on-year change, 3-year CAGR, within-state rank and a mega-emitter flag (>= 1 Mt CO2e). One row per facility x year; negative emissions and duplicate fact rows fail loudly, never imputed. Who joins this: ESG teams join on county_fips + year for scope-1 exposure and transition-risk screens; commodity analysts watch refinery/power totals as a carbon-cost proxy; lenders underwrite industrial borrowers on the emissions trajectory.
