na_benefit_disbursement_signals
Daily household-liquidity features for all 50 US states + DC and Canada (national), 2025-01-01 to 2027-12-31 (56,940 day x region rows), joinable to shop orders, payments, or leads by ISO date and region. US rows flag SNAP state issuance days (USDA FNS monthly issuance schedule; snap_issuance_intensity = 1 / issuance days, a uniform key-space proxy), Social Security retirement/SSDI cohort payment days (2nd/3rd/4th Wednesday, intensity 1/3 each), and SSI payment days (1st, business-day shifted). Canada rows flag Canada Child Benefit and CPP/OAS/GIS payment dates. Every row carries days to/since the nearest disbursement and a documented household_liquidity_score (0-100) = min(100, 100*max daily program intensity). Caveats: key-space intensities are uniform proxies, not observed household shares; NYC's rolling SNAP schedule and Pennsylvania's county cycles are not separately encoded; CCB/OAS dates after June 2027 are rule-projected. Benefit amounts are out of scope.
Canada Revenue Agency
Daily government benefit-payment demand panel for Canada: one row per day x province/territory (all 13 provinces and territories), 2026-01-01 to 2026-12-31 (4,745 rows). Transcribed from the keyless official CRA 'Payment dates for CRA administered benefits and credits' page (read 2026-09-30): four federal programs propagated to every region (Canada Child Benefit, GST/HST credit, Canada Groceries and Essentials Benefit, Advanced Canada Workers Benefit) plus three province-specific programs (Ontario Trillium Benefit, Alberta Child and Family Benefit, Newfoundland and Labrador Disability Benefit). Each row carries per-program payment flags, the paying programs with their recipient segments, the daily payment count, days to/since the nearest benefit payment, and a documented 0-100 benefit_demand_score with demand tiers. Method: program schedules transcribed into a closed registry; federal programs propagated across all regions and province-specific programs restricted to their region (fail-loud); proximity computed over each region's applicable programs; deterministic row hashes. Caveats: 2026-only (the CRA had published no 2027 dates as of 2026-09-30); proximity is null past each region's last published payment; amounts are not encoded — timing panel only; CCB national dates also appear in na_benefit_disbursement_signals and OAS/GIS are covered there. Payment dates are published government facts; the panel and score are an original compilation (CC-BY-4.0, commercial use allowed with attribution).
USDA Food and Nutrition Service
Annual US retail demand-timing panel from the keyless USDA Food and Nutrition Service 'Monthly Issuance Schedule for All States and Territories' document (transcribed and verified 2026-09-30): one row per jurisdiction (50 states + District of Columbia + Guam + Puerto Rico + U.S. Virgin Islands). Each row carries the sorted calendar days on which SNAP benefits land on recipients' EBT cards (as a compact comma list plus start/end/window/active metrics and an issuance_precision flag: 'exact' for 52 jurisdictions, 'envelope' for New York and Pennsylvania, whose day lists are documented calendar envelopes rather than exact schedules), the stagger classification (not_staggered / continuous / select_days / county_variable for Pennsylvania's county cycles), the issuance basis (case number, SSN, last name, birth date/month, ID or EDG number — or none when the whole jurisdiction is issued on a single day), a documented 0-1 early_month_share (share of issuance days in the first 10 days of the month — the demand-pulse concentration; null for the NY/PA envelope rows, where it cannot be computed statically), a human-readable rule summary, and notes on exceptions (e.g. New Jersey's Warren County, New York City's month-varying dates, Puerto Rico's holiday shifts). Method: jurisdiction names entity-resolved to USPS codes + 2-digit FIPS + ISO alpha-3 through a closed map; each jurisdiction's issuance days transcribed as an explicit sorted day list so every derived metric is auditable; irregular schedules encoded with explicit day lists and documented notes instead of being smoothed away. Caveats: re-verified annually — states amend issuance rules; NYC exact dates vary month to month (panel encodes the 1st-14th calendar envelope; issuance_days_active=13 for NYC's 13 issuance days); Pennsylvania varies by county (panel encodes the 1st-14th calendar envelope; issuance_days_active=10 business days); issuance day marks benefit availability, while redemption spreads over the following days — treat as a pulse-onset feature, not a sales-level forecast. U.S. federal public domain (commercial reuse allowed with attribution to the USDA Food and Nutrition Service).
