World Bank CPIA governance ratings intelligence
Country-year panel of the World Bank's Country Policy and Institutional Assessment: sixteen policy/institutional criteria (1=low to 6=high) in four clusters — economic management, structural policies, social inclusion/equity, public sector management — plus the Bank's published cluster averages, for ~87 economies 2010-2024, with the overall CPIA score, the strongest/weakest criterion and the 3-year change. Joins on country_code with the catalog's other global panels. Fills the catalog's governance gap: existing governance coverage is democracy-focused (V-Dem), never policy-quality ratings.
