Federation of Tax Administrators (state sales-tax-holiday table)
Agent-curated demand intelligence: the 32 state and territory sales-tax-holiday windows in force during 2026 (21 states + Puerto Rico), joinable to shop orders, subscribers, or leads by ISO date and US state code. Each row is one holiday window with its product categories, price-cap summary, full-vs-partial exemption flag, scope (statewide / municipal / restricted), and a documented 0-100 demand_signal_strength combining category breadth, window duration, seasonal weight (back-to-school highest), and exemption fullness. Provenance: agent-curated (intel-4 run 2026-09-29) from the Federation of Tax Administrators' 2026 state table (read in full 2026-09-29; six windows spot-verified against state legislature/revenue sources); rows encode the table verbatim and the code parses dates, scores, and hashes. Caveats: local participation is opt-in in some states and is not encoded (rows are state-level); cap summaries are shorthand — exact qualification rules live with each state's revenue department; states with no 2026 holiday have no rows (absence = no holiday); 2027 dates are not yet published (annual snapshot, yearly cadence).
