Monthly Canadian building-permit pipeline intelligence from Statistics Canada table 34-10-0292-01: seasonally adjusted permit values (CAD) for Canada and every province/territory — headline total, residential (single/multiple dwelling) and non-residential (industrial/commercial/institutional) — plus dwelling units authorized and value-per-unit intensity. This cut complements the value-only ca_building_permits_intel_monthly with the supply side: full-history dwelling-unit counts (2019-01 onward), residential value per unit, and a pure 3-month-annualized provincial momentum score. Momentum (MoM, 3-month-annualized, YoY) on the headline value; sector shares; a documented 0-100 pipeline score with per-month provincial ranks and p1-p4 tiers; record-high, surge/slump and 3-month-contraction flags; exact identity gates (total=res+nonres, nonres=ind+com+inst, res-units=single+multiple). Caveats: the latest month is preliminary and may be revised; published ~6 weeks in arrears; units are published for residential structures only.
