Monthly Canadian insolvency-distress intelligence at forward sortation area (FSA) resolution — the first three characters of the postal code — from the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy's monthly FSA workbooks (2022 onward): consumer and business bankruptcy/proposal filing counts per (month, FSA), declared assets and liabilities (CAD), net shortfall and average liabilities per filing, YoY/MoM/3-month-annualized filing momentum, a documented 0-100 distress score with per-month FSA ranks (1 = most distressed), filing-composition shares, and accelerating/surge/record-high/high-exposure flags. FSAs with no reported filings in a month are absent (the provider lists only FSAs with reported filings; a few listed FSAs carry all-zero counts).
