Health Canada recalls & safety alerts intelligence (agent-curated)
Recall-level intelligence from Health Canada's official daily Recalls & Safety Alerts feed (food, vehicles, consumer products, health products, medical devices, cannabis; ~34k records): a closed hazard taxonomy, recalling-company extraction with canonicalization, normalized 1/2/3 severity classes (Type/Class I-III where published, hazard-derived otherwise), a documented 0-100 severity score ranked per category group into s1..s4 tiers, and trailing-12-month repeat-offender flags. NID is the stable primary key; active+archived == total is identity-gated. Caveats: 'Last updated' is the feed's stamp (~8% of active rows have no date); rows with no extractable company keep NULL company fields; scores are recall burden, not market-safety rates. License: Open Government Licence - Canada (commercial use yes, attribution 'Health Canada' required).
