Weekly US on-highway diesel price intelligence from the U.S. Energy Information Administration's Petroleum Navigator (keyless XLS downloads): the national average, 5 PADD regions and California (the complete EIA weekly diesel geography), weekly retail prices in dollars per gallon (Monday reference weeks, 1994 -> present for national/PADDs, 1995 -> present for California). Per entity x week: price, deviation from the national average in cents and percent, week-over-week, 4-week and 52-week momentum, a documented 0-100 freight-cost pressure score with per-week ranks, premium/discount/spike/drop/52-week-record flags, and the week-level PADD price spread. The freight-cost complement to the gasoline dispersion panel: diesel moves delivery economics while gasoline moves consumer pump budgets.
