    Annual US state broadband-adoption intelligence from the Census Bureau American Community Survey 5-year estimates, table B28002 (keyless official bulk .dat, U.S. public domain): broadband of any type, wired cable/fiber/DSL, dial-up-only, no-internet and no-subscription household shares for the 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico over the 2021-2024 vintages, with per-vintage gaps versus the US national share, vintage-over-vintage change, a documented 0-100 digital-readiness score with per-vintage state ranks and i1-i4 tiers, and most/least-connected plus improving/slipping flags.
