Annual province-by-province minimum-wage intelligence for Canada: one row per jurisdiction (10 provinces + 3 territories + the federal rate as a flagged reference row), with the verified general hourly rate in CAD, its effective date, publisher-announced future changes (rate + date, never inferred), special rates stated on the official page, inflation-indexation and future-change flags, dollar and percent premium over the panel's lowest rate, a documented 0-100 min-max score and deterministic wage rank. Method: agent-curated transcription of each jurisdiction's official labour/employment-standards page (Canada has no consolidated table), verified 2026-09-30, each row pinned to its own official source_url. Caveats: rates are general adult rates — see special_rates for student/young-worker variants; city differentials and occupation exemptions are not enumerated; future changes are only recorded when the publisher has announced them. Crown copyright (Canada): documented and searchable, commercial_use = no (commercial reproduction of Crown-copyright material requires permission).
