Monthly Canadian Employment Insurance (regular benefits) beneficiary stress intelligence from Statistics Canada table 14-10-0011-01 (seasonally adjusted persons): one row per geography x month for Canada, the 10 provinces and the 3 territories over the trailing 10 years, with YoY / MoM / 3-month-annualized momentum, the YoY acceleration, national shares, additive sub-national contributions to Canada's YoY with the top contributor, a documented 0-100 beneficiary-stress score ranked across provinces, and accelerating/above-national/record-10y/anomaly flags. Verified 2026-09-26 against the full-table CSV download; the Canada-sum identity gate holds within 0.0067% (seasonal adjustment breaks exact additivity). Caveats: SA beneficiary counts, not unemployment rates; latest months are occasionally revised; ~3 weeks publication lag; territorial YoY moves carry small-base noise.
