US Multiple-Jobholder Strain Intelligence (BLS CPS, keyless)
Monthly US household-strain panel, 1994-01 onward: BLS Current Population Survey multiple jobholders (level in thousands, LNS12026619), the BLS-published multiple-jobholder rate as a percent of employed (LNS12026620), and total employment (LNS12000000) — keyless via the BLS Public Data API v2. Carries MoM/YoY changes, deviation from the trailing-12-month mean, a documented 0-100 household_strain_score (trailing-60-month z composite; higher = more strain), an elevated/normal/easing strain_regime, and a trailing-60-month record-high flag. 2025-10 is absent from all three series (BLS: 'Data unavailable due to the 2025 lapse in appropriations') — a documented, never-imputed hole. The BLS-published rate is cross-checked every month against 100*level/employed (<= 0.06 pp). Who joins this: subscription businesses read strain_regime for churn-risk regimes; online shops use the rate's YoY change as a discretionary-demand softness signal; sales teams weight outreach by the strain score.
