Energy use (kg of oil equivalent per capita)
Energy use refers to use of primary energy before transformation to other end-use fuels: indigenous production plus imports and stock changes, minus exports and fuels supplied to ships and aircraft engaged in international transport. It is published by the World Bank in the World Development Indicators from IEA energy balances. Values are null where national statistics are unavailable; the 8-country panel is covered 2000-2025. Units: kilograms of oil equivalent per capita.
