issued_leis	integer	LEIs with registration.status=ISSUED: current, fully validated and paid-up.
lapsed_leis	integer	LEIs with registration.status=LAPSED: issued but not renewed past the annual renewal date.
other_status_leis	integer	Residual: total minus issued minus lapsed (retired, annulled, duplicate, pending validation/transfer and other statuses).
issued_share	float	issued_leis / total_leis.
lapsed_share	float	lapsed_leis / total_leis.
fund_leis	integer	LEIs with entity.category=FUND in this jurisdiction.
fund_share	float	fund_leis / total_leis.
lei_health_score_0_100	float	Renewal health: 100 * issued_leis / (issued_leis + lapsed_leis).
global_share	float	total_leis / global LEI stock (the API's unfiltered total).
lei_rank	integer	Cross-jurisdiction rank on total_leis (1 = most LEIs).
coverage_tier	string	Fixed-cut coverage tier on total_leis: global-hub (>=250k), major (>=50k), established (>=10k), growing (>=1k), emerging (>=100), nascent (<100).
row_hash	string	Deterministic 12-hex row identity hash over source, country, date and counts.
