Cost and affordability of a healthy diet from FAO's FAOSTAT domain (CAHD), the headline affordability indicators of the annual State of Food Security and Nutrition report: cost of a healthy diet (CoHD) in PPP international dollars and in local currency units per person per day, prevalence of unaffordability (%), and number of people unable to afford a healthy diet (millions), ~175 countries and territories x 2017-2025, with each area's share of the world's unaffording population, within-year ranks of diet cost and unaffordability, year-on-year changes and FAO observation flags. Who joins this: food policy teams track diet-cost inflation and affordability against social-protection coverage; development economists join the unaffordability series on (area, year) to poverty and nutrition panels; agri-food desks read the PPP cost ranks as demand-side context for consumption outlooks.
