Canadian Mortgage Arrears Stress (Monthly)
Downloads are disabled for this dataset: its license prohibits commercial use. The documentation, schema and sample rows stay available here.
Monthly household financial-stress panel from the Canadian Bankers Association's public mortgage-arrears statistics: arrears rates, MoM/YoY moves, a 36-month stress score and surge/record-high flags for 8 regions plus Canada, back to 1995. Territories arrears are suppressed by CBA (null, not estimated). Join it to your own data on (month, region). Who joins this: a subscription business (Stripe) joins on (month, region) to model stress-driven churn and late payments; a Canada-wide online shop (Shopify) joins on (month, region) to model affordability-driven demand shifts; a sales team (HubSpot) reads it as a regional demand headwind/tailwind. License: CBA industry-association statistics are NOT licensed for commercial use.
